A projected large scale pencil drawing of a boy silhouettes the bare branches of a tree

Project film for Breathe

Artist Dryden Goodwin collaborated with Professor Frank Kelly on Breathe, a new project from Invisible Dust, curated by Alice Sharp.

Projected from the roof of St Thomas' Hospital, opposite the Houses of Parliament from 9-28 October 2012, Breathe is a large scale outdoor video projection of over 1300 tiny pencil drawings made of the artists son. The animation produced explores how air sustains us, but also insidiously corrupts and damages our young.
